Salvation Army Responds to Explosion Aftermath in Virginia

A crisp fall morning in the Shenandoah Valley college town of Harrisonburg, Virginia, was interrupted by a large explosion and fire Saturday Morning. The explosion flattened a strip mall just a few blocks west of the James Madison University campus and about 30 yards from the finish line for a 10-mile race.
